Order Cancellation Policy

Requesting cancellation

Contact GRASLANDY as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.

We will check whether fulfillment can still be stopped. A cancellation request is not confirmed until we send you confirmation. Once an order has shipped, use the return process described in our Refund Policy, where eligible.

If we cannot fulfill an order

If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, or an order presents a pricing or security issue, we may need to contact you or cancel the affected order, subject to applicable law. If we cancel a paid order before shipment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled order. For partial cancellations, we will explain the amount being refunded.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. The payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account.

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation or refund rights that apply under law.
