Order Cancellation Policy
You have the option to cancel your order and receive a refund prior to its shipment. After the order has been shipped, please wait for it to arrive before starting the return process.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for items that are in new condition within a period of 30 days after delivery.

For orders made between November 15, 2026 and January 15, 2027, the return timeframe extends to 60 days.

After receiving authorization, securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
Utilize the return label included in your package. Returns are complimentary.
We will process returns within 5 business days of receiving your returned items.
Conditions for Returns
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and must include a proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending your return to the manufacturer.

Return Fees
Returns come at no cost to you. There are no restocking fees charged.

Refund Information
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your returned items.

If you have not received your refund:

Inspect your bank account.
Contact your credit card issuer, as times for processing can differ.

Discounted Items
Refunds and returns are permitted for both full-priced and discounted items, given they meet the return criteria specified above.

Product Exchanges
We facilitate exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To begin an exchange, please contact us at Support@graslandy.shop. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on location.

Return Shipping Address
All returns require prior authorization. The shipping address for returns will be given once your return request is approved. Returns that are not authorized will not be processed.
